Cases of goods being exchanged with ALMOWSIM
– Not the right type, model as you ordered.
– Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.
– Wrong description on product specification website at ALMOWSIM
When you receive the products, check the products and contact the delivery staff immediately if you have any other complaints about exchange or return issues. If you discover one of the above products, you can give feedback to us (ALMOWSIM) within 7 days from the delivery date.

Does the customer have to pay to ship the returned item? And in what case?
– If For Defective Products and This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective, the customer will have to pay as follows: Actual cost of shipping the returned item and the customer communicates and works with the carrier himself
In case the customer is not satisfied: This case occurs when the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore, the customer must pay the actual cost to ship the goods. Returns and goods are only accepted in the original condition with the manufacturer’s label
ALMOWSIM WILL NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE/RETURN WHEN:
Goods have been signed to confirm receipt of goods with the delivery party after 7 days from the delivery date. If you buy during Christmas or New Year, it is 30 days from the delivery date
The item has been opened when the product label is removed, excluding the shipping carrier's cover
You want to change type, model but without prior notice.
You yourself affect external conditions such as peeling, denting,
You are acting improperly, damaging the product.
You do not comply with the required provisions to enjoy the warranty (for example, do not keep the invoice or purchase information for the warranty within the specified time).
You have checked and signed to receive the condition of the goods, but there is no response within 7 days from the delivery date.
Attention:
The process of handling exchange or return procedures is carried out within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of sufficient information and documents from the customer.
The exchange and repair will be done in accordance with the regulations of ALMOWSIM.
Condition of products:
Item must be in original packaging condition for refund. It will not be accepted in any cut or open condition

REFUND POLICY:
ALMOWSIM only accepts refunds for customers in the following cases:
– The delivered goods do not match the description of product information on the website of ALMOWSIM
– Defective goods distributed by the manufacturer
– Item is deformed due to shipping delivery
– The goods are opened and viewed but not more than 7 days from the delivery date. Peel off the warranty paper of ALMOWSIM

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We will give all refunds of your receipt (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee)
Time for the buyer to get a refund from the time of exchange
Claims are received within 15 working days from the date of receipt and are eligible for refund as per ALMOWSIM regulations on returns and refunds.
Refund requests must be satisfied according to ALMOWSIM sales and refund criteria.
